ALL SESSIONS ARE EITHER IN PERSON, OR VIA ZOOM, SKYPE or other video, as although I am based in Brighton and tend to mostly see people from Brighton, Hove, Shoreham and Lewes, I can work with anyone, anywhere, online, I have several specialisations including relationship therapist, trauma survival, counsellor for panic attacks and other anxiety issues, autism, and I have worked with LGBTQ+ and Transexual clients, HIV/Aids and domestic violence and family dynamics.

All sessions £80, I do not usually give concessions but can do sessions every two, or every three, weeks but I will consider discount for genuinely unwaged. Cancellations need at least 48 hours notice or the session fee applies.

I have personal and professional experience of Autism and have a specific approach in counselling tailored to those needs.

About Me

I have been a counsellor for 35 years. I am based in the Brighton, Moulsecoomb, Lewes, Hove, Portslade by Sea, Southwick, Shoreham by Sea, Rottingdean, Peacehaven, and Worthing. area but I can work Online with anyone, anywhere.

It's most useful to commit to a consistent period of therapy but we aim for six weeks to six months for most people.

My approach is a blend of counselling styles, and is not just a 'talking cure' - we can work together to discover our issues, explore and resolve them.

Preparing to embark on therapy

In our first session I will assess whether I can work with you and you decide whether you want to work with me.

Therapy

Therapy progresses in four ways:

1 Identify, explore
2 Achieve insight
3 Support to accept, cope
4 Support to plan lasting, realistic healing

Rhiannon is a most creative, yet down to earth therapist, extremely safe, equally at home in the realms of the mind and the emotions.
